Sr Account Manager

We are looking for an **Sr Account Manager** with at least 5 years of client service experience to join our Client Engagement team.
**Activities & Main Responsibilities**:
You will have a direct reporting line to the Account Director and we will give you the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Gain the client's confidence and build a 360 degree view of the account
- Be his daily go-to-person and project lead
- Take responsibility for consistently monitoring active projects for the client, as well as being on the look-out for new opportunities
- Understand your client's objectives and priorities, and support him in reaching those
- On top of your regular account-tasks, we ask you to use your strategic and creative lens when working on projects.
You make sure you connect the dots and align tactics with the goals
- Stay informed with pharmaceutical and digital news
- In-depth knowledge of brand guidelines and brand submission process
- Demonstrate confidence and contribute thoughtfully to internal and external meetings and can influence team members
- Bring any potential problem to the forefront ahead of time
- Partners with PM to drive & support collaboration across the agency
- Helps train, manage and mentor the team's executives
- Beginning to lead — gaining confidence in decision-making skills
- Tracks financials regularly and works with supervisor to meet forecasts
- Maintain control and composure when delivering under tight deadlines and pressure
- Predict/anticipate next steps and know who to loop in when problems arise, ensuring adherence to process
- Work with client to set proper expectations and represents voice of the client with regard to delivery expectations
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of client service experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience within Pharma & Digital Health (preferable experience from an agency)
- Ability to collect, impart and dialogue about information and ideas in a compelling, collaborative, and effective way
- Ability to be an effective "keeper" of the business.
