The role will be focused on accelerating the sales growth of Cohesity with our most strategic partner, Cisco.
The primary job responsibilities for this role:
- Responsible for driving pipeline and achieving bookings targets.
- Assist sales and partners where needed during sales campaigns.
- Responsible for field engagement between Cisco and Cohesity sales and SE teams.
- Responsible for identifying and enabling joint partners to sell the joint solution.
- Enablement of Cisco sales and SE teams (and Cohesity sales and SE teams).
- Work collectively with Cohesity and Cisco channel teams to enable partners.
- Execution of campaigns and sales plays to reach pipeline and bookings targets.
- Create, share and maintain reporting metrics (sales, pipeline, leads).
- The compensation for this role is a XYZ plan.

Requirements for this role:
- 5 or more years of experience working with Cisco in an Alliance Management, Sales, or Business Development role.
Experience supporting an OEM relationship preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (under post-Pandemic circumstances).
- Must be passionate and display high energy.
- Someone who is highly tenacious and resilient.
- Must be a great evangelist.
- Must be able to 'think outside the box' and display creativity in driving initiatives and energizing the field selling teams.
- Experience working in a fast pace, sales driven culture.
- Must be a strong fit with Cohesity's Alliance culture.
