ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP at regional levelSystem / Business support during period close activitiesCoordinating with global IT teams in multiple time zones for issue resolutionWork with business to test the support fixes and to get approval to migrate changes to ProductionParticipate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout to other regions, as requiredPrepare functional and technical documentationDevelop SQL script to query data from Applications / databasesDevelop simple reports using SQLManage local external IT vendorOwn and manage all activities related to changes / enhancement in systems (Participate in gathering business requirements, communicating to system vendors, documentation, etc.

)Any other activities relating to IT business supportResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Own all the Oracle ERP support related activities at the region-levelManage end-to-end system processes spanning across multiple applications such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM and Integration layersProvide technical and business support in month and period closing activitiesDevelop and maintain excellent relationship with business communityResponsibility for implementing a comprehensive ERP business applications strategy supporting global functionsContinuous improvement of the business and related system processesEnsuring successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that users love and will scale with CalAmp long-termCollaborate with strategic and tactical local vendors.

Ensure that the external vendors deliver the agreed services within agreed timelineCollaborate with offshore support team members and ensure that business users' issues are resolvedEnforce internal and system controls to satisfy audit purposeManage and maintain all resources for ERP systems, including database administration, systems administration, and Business Intelligence systemResearch, evaluate, recommend new technologies, maintain and keep technology knowledge up to dateQualificationsMust Have:Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field highly preferred, Masters preferred5 or more years of IT Applications experience in ERP implementation and support environment preferably in Oracle ERP ApplicationsExperience as functional and technical consultant with specialization in financial modulesExperience implementing and supporting global ERP, preferably Oracle Cloud FusionAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingWorking SQL knowledgeDeliver under time pressureSelf-motivatedAlways looking for improvementStrong Pluses:Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Implementation and SupportKnowledge of SalesforceHave worked on GDPR compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
