**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the creative vision and execution for largescale exhibitions and events from concept through completion.

- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to develop unique design concepts that align with project goals.

- Oversee all phases of the design process, ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.

- Guide and mentor junior designers and creative teams, fostering innovation and creative excellence.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into creative strategies.

- Ensure the timely delivery of projects within budget while meeting client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Art Director or similar role in largescale exhibitions and events.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in exhibition and event design.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide creative teams and present concepts to clients.

- Proficient in design software (Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling tools, etc.

).

- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking to deliver impactful designs.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.

- A deep understanding of the exhibition and event production process from concept to execution.

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering visually stunning and functional designs.
