We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Brand Manager to amplify our mission of revolutionizing obesity care and improving lives nationwide. Role Overview:For this challenging and ambitious purpose, we are currently looking for a Sr Brand Manager for the Italian market. Reporting to Obesity Marketing Lead, the main responsibility will be to participate in the definition of the strategy of one of our key brands and ensure its execution at Italian level.
The Sr Brand Manager will design innovative strategies, deploy the brand narrative, and support cross-functional teams to cement the brand as a market leader in its category. Step into a pivotal role where your expertise in pharmaceutical brand management will help shaping and drive our marketing strategies at local level, strengthen brand presence, and ensure our innovative obesity solutions reach and impact the lives of those in need. Key Responsibilities:-Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our vision of combating obesity through cutting-edge pharmaceutical solutions. - Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes specific to the obesity sector. - Campaign Management: Lead the creation and rollout of compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals, patients, and the broader community. - Brand Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to champion our obesity initiatives. - Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to equip them with effective tools, training, and resources needed to drive brand growth and achieve sales targets. - Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products, ensuring successful market entry and long-term sustainability. - Performance Tracking: Implement robust metrics to monitor brand performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on outcomes to senior leadership. Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical brand management. - Education: masterdegree.
MBA is a nice to have- Skills:Exceptional strategic thinking; market analysis proficiency; strong leadership and communication abilities; Proven experience in working effectively with cross functional team.
