The Aixial Group is an International Contract Research Organization (CRO), a member of the ALTEN Group, providing complex services in clinical trials (phase I-IV) and non-interventional studies.

Our offices are located in France, UK, US, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Romania, and India.

The CRO occupies a unique position in the clinical research industry, not only as an expert in the operational delivery of clinical trials in complex disease areas including oncology, immuno-oncology, and cell therapy, but also as a developer of its own technologies for managing clinical data.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Clinical Research Associate to build our clinical team in Europe.

This is a freelance role for 0. 3 or 0. 4 FTE (to be determined soon).

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in Italy and must travel to monitor onsite within Italy.

Very limited travel.

Key responsibilities

Site management and monitoring activities for assigned clinical studies, working individually or co-monitoring with other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

Assist in the assessment of contract CRAs.

Provide other support to Clinical Operations, appropriate for your level of expertise.

Qualifications and attributes

Experience in a CRA role.

Contract Research Organization (CRO) background is an advantage.

Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to multi-task and attend to detail.

Therapeutic area experience in oncology is required.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Bachelor's degree.
