TITLE: Sr Agile PM Lead (Open to Remote)

Locations: Maryland (Primary) In office or Remote, Virginia and DC In office or Remote and Bucharest, RO In office or Remote

ABOUT US

YOUR ROLE

The Sr Agile PM Lead in Support is responsible for helping run a large multinational team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and timeliness of all OPIS's products, services, and reports.

You will be hands on with each of OPIS's divisions and will work to increase maintainability across all OPIS.

This role is also responsible for analyzing our metrics, reporting on them to each of the division leads and senior management, and creating action plans to improve these metrics.

You will also be mentoring employees, prioritizing work items, and ensuring that all our resources are getting what they need to complete their issues on time.

The position may be located in our office in Rockville, Maryland or Remote.

ABOUT YOU

- 7+ years relevant experience; 4+ years of increasing responsibility in Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master roles

- Strong self-starter that is hungry, eager to learn new concepts and technologies to resolve complex issues

- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands with mínimal supervision

- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of internal/external customer trust and confidence

- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on sprint/task details while maintaining the "big picture" product/release view

- Strong interpersonal skills including strong speaking/listening, engaging facilitation, negotiation, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

- Ability to lead, coach and provide activities/metrics and daily feedback to grow your team and team members promoting continuous learning, integration, delivery, and improvement

- Must speak and write in English fluently
