Our DevOps team manages a large operational pipeline that includes feature requests and project-based tasks aimed at reducing Time to Market. We oversee significant legacy infrastructure that requires IaC adoption, migration to Terraform, and gradual integration into Kubernetes. The team handles full-cycle projects, from initiation and planning through to delivery to internal stakeholders. We are currently looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our infrastructure, improve processes, and work closely with our developers to ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. Responsibilities: Architecture & Scalability Design and develop cloud infrastructure on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient. CI/CD & Automation Configure and optimize CI/CD deployment processes using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment through Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Security & Access Management Manage VPN, IAM, Vault, and infrastructure access control to ensure the security of the systems. Implement and monitor security best practices across infrastructure. Monitoring & Stability Set up and improve alerting and monitoring systems using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch. Ensure system stability by proactively identifying and resolving issues. Incident Management Respond to critical infrastructure failures and outages. Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime. Database Management Optimize database performance, replication, and profiling. Manage database migrations and ensure smooth transitions during updates. Migrations & Refactoring Lead the migration and refactoring of the tech stack, focusing on Terraform adoption and legacy infrastructure optimization. Manage tech stack upgrades and help transition to modern technologies. Documentation & Standards Improve infrastructure documentation and ensure it aligns with best practices. Implement and enforce policies to ensure operational excellence and consistency. Team Collaboration Work closely with developers to provide infrastructure support and improve development workflows. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on infrastructure needs. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields. Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, including tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Terraform. Solid understanding of security best practices and experience with VPN, IAM, and Vault. Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch. Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting critical incidents. Strong database management skills (optimization, replication, migrations). Ability to lead infrastructure migrations, tech stack upgrades, and IaC adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and standardize processes. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
