**Honeywell Performance Materials (PMT)** is a division of ours working as pioneers of automation control, we understand complex industrial facilities, and how to create high-quality and high-performance chemicals and materials.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of employees in personnel responsibility

- Sales Support Offerings for Enabled Services Customer Solutions

- Develop effective relationships within the Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) organization.

- Control training on technical developments and new products or product extensions for the field service staff.

- Identify service development and process improvement opportunities

- Responsible for meeting KPI targets such as but not exclusively revenue, productivity, and response times

- Coaching and development of employees

- Act as a mentor to train and develop future managers

Your profile:

Required knowledge:

- Proven history in leading decentralized teams.

- Experience in Customer Support functions in Field Service departments

- Proficient in Italian and English both written and orally.

Spanish and French will be a plus.

- Experience in employee management

- Project Management Skills

- Desirable are economic and commercial knowledge

- Price negotiation experience

- Distinctive quality thinking

- High level of initiative, creativity, flexibility, team spirit and organizational ability

- Safe approach when dealing with customers

- Result-oriented communication skills

Additional knowledge:

- Industry experience in the field of industrial combustion systems

- Proven influence at different levels across the company

- Proven ability to work independently

Willingness to travel up to 40% by car and/or plane

Working environment
