Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations and strategy for our EMEA services and rental business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, with a deep understanding of the services and rental industry.

This role is pivotal in ensuring financial health, driving business growth, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business strategy, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Financial Reporting:Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and CAPEX. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Strategic Financial Management:Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Assess financial performance of the services and rental business, recommending strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Operational Finance:Manage the financial aspects of service contracts and rental agreements, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost management. Oversee financial aspects of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and cost control measures. Internal Controls and Compliance:Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies, including accuracy of financial transactions and safeguarding of company assets. Oversee compliance with financial regulations and industry standards, implementing necessary changes to address regulatory requirements. Leadership and Development:Collaborate with the different EMEA finance and business organizations to drive a high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support in the development of Services and Rental financial skills and competencies within EMEA team. Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a key point of contact for Services and Rental financial matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and marketing teams. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, auditors, and financial institutions. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role within the services and rental industry. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent leadership and used to operate in a matrix organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Working Conditions:Full-time position based in Italy.
