Sr. Grow People (Hr) Business Partner - Italy

The Sr. Grow People (HR) Business Partner - Italy, Piedmont acts as a human resource leader to support Krause Group's Italian businesses in the Piedmont region, which include two wineries, a hotel and the Krause Group Italian Shared Services team.
Principal Functions of the Job
**Strategic Partner**: Understands business strategy; design, develop and implement innovative, value-add solutions that aligns with business objectives; assists business leaders with anticipating and solving organization, people and change related issues Change Agent: Drive alignment with the organization's culture; institutionalize company values and beliefs and champion diversity and inclusion; assess and manage organizational change capability; act as a consultant in organization effectiveness initiatives Associate Relations: Facilitate and manage associate relations on behalf of all Krause Group companies in the Piedmont region.
Project Work: Lead (in partnership with the Director of Grow People, Italy) project work around building out the Italian HR function which may include HRIS system implementation and payroll provider analysis/review and consulting.
May also include other global HR projects.
Experience 8+ years of HR and/or business operations experience with a tilt toward HR Knowledge of Italian employment laws is required Hospitality experience a plus Bi-lingual is required (English & Italian)
Competencies and Skills Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices related to recruiting, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist Expert knowledge of employment/labor laws Travel to each of the businesses within the Piedmont region of Italy Delivers clear, effective communicates and listens to others Conceptual Thinking: Recognizing patterns, trends, themes, and connections in information to develop innovative ideas or approaches Expresses ideas and disagreements, constructively resolves conflict, and encourages others to do the same Decision Making: Makes good decisions in a timely manner Talent Development: Maximizes potential and improves overall performance
