Job Description: DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Healthcare Consultant. Successful applicants will be part of Consulting Practice in the Healthcare & Local Government industry and will be involved in several engagements aimed at supporting our clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation Journeys. In Consulting, we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and improve our customers and employees' experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our clients' complexities into value through agile governance programs and change management frameworks. Responsibilities: Design of "IT Architectures" and "IT Frameworks" (Organizations and Processes) IT Cost Benefits Analysis in HealthCare or public administration domains Analysis and Redesign of HealthCare or public sector processes Market analysis to support the building of partnerships for new services Drafting of project documentation (technical and functional) Participate in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams Contribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution Contribute to client management and relationship building Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, and Mathematics Min 5 years of experience in Management Consulting (HealthCare or Public Sector) A proven passion for one of the areas explained above Italian mother tongue and good English (both oral and written) The ideal candidates should have good relational and analytical skills, proactivity, and the ability to work in teams; availability to travel and focus on the goals.
