Overview:

The Sr. HR Generalist provides generalist expertise for all human resources practices in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, C&B, succession planning, training and talent development, employee engagement and retention and will also be involved in various key HR processes and projects.

The person performs professional level human resources work and carries out responsibilities to deliver value added service to management of two BUs and employees that reflects Kemin's business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the HR Business Partner to the leadership team of the assigned Business Units

- Manage the talent acquisition and the onboarding process

- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

- Coordinates the annual C&B process with the managers

- Liaise with managers to support the succession planning process

- Support the managers in implementing employee engagement and retention strategies

- Support the HR Team in different HR Projects in the region

Qualifications:

- A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency - ability to meet deadlines - be stress resistant;

- Strong interpersonal skills - strong communicator and good listener;

- Strong counselling skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization to motivate and influence others;

- Be passionate and emotionally involved in Kemin's objective to provide quality Human Resources services.

- Excellent written and oral English

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR with experience in Talent Acquisition and Training and Development

- Ability to travel regularly to different sites in Italy with some international travel when required
