The International Consumer PXT team is looking for a
**Sr HR Program Manager** to join the team.
This role
**can be based across EU6 (UK, DEU, FRA, ITA, ESP, LUX)**, supporting the development and implementation of HR programs across the supported teams: Italy and Spain (IT&ES) Corporate organizations, EU Consumables and Amazon Business EU.

The
**HR Program Manager** will work with the country PXT leader to identify, scope, and develop program management plans, and will work with HR BPs, HRP and COE teams to implement them.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Program management ownership and delivery of Corporate Consumer people projects.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful Consumer programs to the wider EU organization.
- Support the design and implementation of L&D, Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs with the support of COEs if necessary.
- Ensure clear and effective delivery of the Talent Review process.
- Surface opportunities and provide recommendations to improve organizational efficiency through data analysis (such as attrition, retention, diversity, etc ) and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to writing documents for stakeholder reviews (QBRs, OBRs, talent reviews, etc ).
- Manage local compliance initiatives triggered by new in country norms
- Proven analytical capabilities; experience with large amounts of data and in developing audit reports, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Experience working in a global, matrix, and fast-paced environment.
- Use good judgment in managing projects that have high impact.
- Demonstrated ownership and consistent delivery on commitments; great organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Interface effectively with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate a deep understanding of the business, and people priorities.
- Ability to influence a diverse population of stakeholders without authority.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbal.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred, but not mandatory
