Job Title: IT Project Manager Work Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid) Type of Hiring: Permanent Language: English (Italian good to have) Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating an IT Project Team Mandatory knowledge of SPLUNK Developer, Open Search, and ELK migration experience is required Achieve a high level of performance quality and deliver projects that provide exceptional business value Manage and lead teams to coach, counsel, support, and develop staff End-to-end management of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Practitioner of agile methodologies for delivering complex programs and projects Manage a globally distributed and onshore-offshore delivery model Implement change in complex technical environments and matrix organizations Interface with stakeholders up to CxO levels in both business and technical languages Negotiate conflicting stakeholders to drive a common objective among parties Build and foster relationships with global multicultural business stakeholders Design and deliver training programs for processes, tools, and technology Knowledge of Banking Payment Systems and/or Banking Domain Knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats payment schemes Work with multidisciplined project teams including DevOps engineers, IT architects, infrastructure specialists, developers, and testers #J-18808-Ljbffr
