Who We Are Looking For

The Sr.

Manager, Business Transformation provides strategic consulting level support and guidance for the Transformation Office as well as the Grain & Protein Leadership Team.

She/he will manage and serve as the conduit between cross-functional and cross-geographical project teams, ensuring the alignment with organization vision, mission and goals.

As a member of the Transformation Office, the Business Transformation Manager will have a vital role in helping the business to reach its strategic goals through PMO, change management, project scoping and execution support, etc.

The Business Transformation Manager will use her / his experience in change management to positively influence communication, decision making, project execution.

**What You Will Do

- Manage, lead and coordinate the work of specific project teams focused on achieving the projects' objectives

- Be a change agent and drive change in the areas impacted by the projects

- Manage internal customer expectations

- Execute detailed business operations related data analytics and provide recommendations on findings

- Regularly monitor progress on key initiatives, support business functions in preparing for key discussions (e. g.

Steering Committee meetings)

- Develop materials for and participate in leading regular meetings responsible for execution of the program to ensure effective communication and coordination

- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communications between business units and functional representatives

- Actively contribute with background information to workshops and Steering Committees

- Proactively identify operational improvement opportunities

- Serve as a key member of the EAME leadership team

**What You Will Bring

- 5+ years of working experience including experience in manufacturing industry and/or consulting industry

- 5+ years specific experience with cross-functional projects and initiatives and program management roles

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

- Language: English

**A Plus If You Have

- Experience in managing digital projects (business or IT side) and Digital Transformations

- Speaking an additional language such as German, Danish, or Italian is a plus

- MBA or Master's degree preferred
