At Dexcom, our newly created Commercial team is focused on expanding the market in Italy and delivering company growth.
Executing on strategy, while working with our partners and customers, will be key to being successful.
Where you come in: You will plan and coordinate the commercial activity in Italy. You will manage and develop the commercial team with our distributor partner to maximize their potential and target fulfillment. You will develop and manage cross-functional relationships to build a successful regional team. You will conduct market analysis and research about customers, competitors, risks, and opportunities. You will drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market. You will focus on increasing Dexcom's market share and achieving revenue and patient targets. You will provide input to training on Dexcom products to relevant HCPs or patients. You will maximize the use of our CRM system to identify business development opportunities. You will increase the brand awareness of Dexcom in Italy through targeted activities. What makes you successful: Several years of experience in a relevant leadership role in diabetes/medical device or pharma industry. A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering success. Sound experience of analyzing data to manage a territory. Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Office. Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken). Travel Required: 25 to 50% mainly in Italy.
Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience and 5-8 years of previous management experience.
