At Dexcom, our Market Access team is focused on expanding our impact and driving growth. We're seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Senior Market Access Manager Italy to lead innovative strategies that align with our core values and bold growth objectives. Where you come in: Develop a team and lead market access in the country. Lead strategy and execution to help the market access team open up new focused policies on products targeted local reimbursement, therefore driving increased funded prescribing of opportunities for Dexcom products adoption. Demonstrate at a local level the value of the Dexcom portfolio, especially to payers versus competition, and establish the opportunity for the community sales team to execute switch business based on perceived value of rt-CGM. Work in collaboration with the General Manager and regional Sales Managers on strategies to open up opportunities locally and regionally to drive an increase in funding of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and therefore increased subsequent use of Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market (largely untapped MDI market). Create and set objectives for the team to deliver against the goal of securing market access and drive CGM funding by working with local and national payers and procurement across Italy. Support and drive an increase in the Dexcom market share (sensor sales), enabling Italy to hit national revenue and funded new patient targets in line with company expectations utilizing the services and support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture. Maximize strategic partnerships with other companies to maximize sales for standalone products. Optimize the opportunity of daily use of CRM system in conjunction with TMs and Regional Sales Managers to identify business development opportunities. Lead national projects, working with various national and regional entities in Italy, enabling outcomes data to be used to change and enhance national guidance of the use of rt-CGM across all patients using insulin. Develop tools and outcomes data to help the market access team execute against set objectives and share across EMEA and global colleagues. What makes you successful: You have an in-depth understanding of the Italian tender landscape / Secondary & Primary care pathways (clinical & funding). You have a consistent record of achieving targets and delivering success in a market access function. Sound experience of analyzing data including health economic and clinical data – collates, organizes, and interprets data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information to manage a region. Strong commercial selling skills, including sales competency or selling skills training. Competent user of a variety of computer software packages, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. Understanding of CRM systems. Full driving license. Experience in the diabetes market is preferred. In-depth understanding of the HES in Italy is preferred. What you'll get: A front row seat to life-changing CGM technology. Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 13 years of industry experience. 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
