Sr. Manager Marketplace Deals
Contributing to the definition of goals/plans for Marketplace Deals and the sourcing strategy, in coordination with Marketing, Retail and tech teams.
Driving initiatives to achieve targets, collaborating with program teams.
Helping driving the recruitment processes, working closely with dedicated Account Managers and other Marketplace recruitment teams.
Reviewing performance on key Deals events at weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency.
Enabling Account Managers to learn and master tools and pitching to ensure scalability in their day-to-day work.
Recommending and implementing internal initiatives to improve Dealsaccount management team's performance and Selling Partners' experience.
Collaborating with the Marketing team in defining the events calendar, their concept and the ways to improve customer experience.
Supporting tech teams in setting the priorities to scale the business, improve Seller experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related areas with quantitative depth.
Fluent in both English and Italian.
5+ years of significant work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in project/program management, marketing or sales.
Experience in coordinating other teams and colleagues supporting our Deals business.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
Sound business judgment and a practical approach to getting things done.
Excels at delivering results in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- SQL skills.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn SQL by doing.
MBA or other applicable advanced degree.
Support and engagement experience with international technology and business teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
