Social network you want to login/join with:Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure flawless execution of quality control analysis and evaluation of product quality attributes.

Quality control labs include Chemical, Microbiological, Raw & pack, and digital teams;Develop and continuously keep updated quality control procedures according to GLP/GMP and corporate standards and implement initiatives to continuously improve product quality testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective methods for continuously improving quality compliance culture in QC. Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and competencies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or a related field, or equivalent experience;Proven experience, at least 10 years, in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in aseptic sterile manufacturing sites;Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations. Exceptional leadership and management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and corporate.
