We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior Product Manager** to join one of our squads.

As a **Senior Product Manager **at Unobravo, you will be responsible for overseeing the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, and driving the strategic direction on your specific domain.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.

**You show**:

- Minimum of 6 years of product management experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products

- Three years in a similar position

- A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred

- Proficient in english

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch, utilizing agile methodologies

- Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs

- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative product solutions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all level.

- Proficiency in data analysis and a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.

Ability to utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights, measure product performance, and make informed product decisions

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, digital health trends, and familiarity with health technology regulations and compliance.

**As Sr.

Product Manager you will**:

- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision (on your specific domain) aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends.

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, considering customer needs, market analysis, and business goals.

Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on user feedback and market dynamics.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.

- Conduct together with user researchers: market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and translate them into well-defined product requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with the other departments to ensure successful product launches and drive user adoption.

- Define and track key product metrics and conduct regular analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and external partners.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
