Product Manager to join our EAM/APM team to deliver a world-class technology solution to manage our impressive asset portfolio.

We are looking for a leader that will drive change across the organization, stay ahead of financial, operational and compliance risks, and strengthen our control environment.

The Sr.

Product Manager will be responsible for the configuration, business process analysis, reporting and training documentation development for the EAM system.

This position will act as the liaison between EAM software development and Reliability Engineering (RE) teams and the business owners to determine standard work processes, best practices, and new software features.

Key job responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations Development of the overall product strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver Define the product (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks) Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives Engage otherAmazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers Basic Qualifications 5 years experience on Infor EAM v11. 4 or higher software package including:

enterprise software configuration, dashboard development using Cognos, Business Objects or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting tools.

2 years experience on Infor OS and respective configuration.

Experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 5 years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 5 years of experience in program or project management 5 years of experience delivering cross functional projects Experience in people management Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.

Experience in database design, data warehouse and Business.

Intelligence (BI) best practices, methodologies and terminology.

Experience in project development methodology.

Experience supporting dynamic BI needs by summarizing and reporting key analytical findings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4 years' experience on Infor EAM v11. 4 or higher software package or equivalent Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, including:
