**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan project deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule- Maintain project timelines- Track project deliverables of in-flight projects using appropriate tools- Provide direction and support to the project team- Mentor project team members to foster and promote a positive team atmosphere- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from feasibility phase through product introduction- Communicate project status to key stakeholders and manage expectations on project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources- Present reports defining project progress, risks, and solutions- Ensure that the project goals and objectives are achieved while following Allegro's established development process- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry- Understanding of IC product development flow is a must (analog and mixed signal ICs experience is preferred)- 5+ years project management experience- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills- Comfortable in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage conflict in a stressful environment- Understands and listens to team members and fosters a productive team environment- Able to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision- Proficient in advanced techniques with relevant software: Smart Sheets, Sharepoint, MS Office, in addition to experience working within shared work environments
