Senior Programme ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Programme Manager, within our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programmes Team. The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for creating, piloting, rolling out and expanding fleet programmes. Some of these programmes will interface with external vendors, including OEMs, OEM dealerships, Fleet suppliers, and Fleet Management Companies. Fleet services include the provision of maintenance and repairs to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) who are the customers of these services. This candidate will research, develop, and deploy further innovative solutions that improve the uptime of our vehicles.

The role will be based in Milan, Italy and will include frequent travel to various locations within the EU, up to 25% of the time.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesProgramme ownership of a portfolio of servicesBusiness development and vendor negotiationsLeverage EU-wide rollout of services and their continuous improvementEngagement with internal teams (international) and external stakeholdersIdentify business needs and create solutions to continuously improve our service offeringConduct tendering & negotiation with suppliersBuild mechanisms to continuously re-evaluate and evolve our services based on customer feedbackManage the partnership with suppliers responsible for the delivery of servicesDrive cross-functional alignment between the business, service providers, internal stakeholder teams, and senior leadership to ensure achievement of goalsRegularly update EU senior leadership on the status of projects and key metricsBasic QualificationsA Bachelor's degreeExperience liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve resultsRelevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisionsPreferred QualificationsLean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2 certifications, or any other project management certificationExperience of dealing and managing 3P vendorsDelivery Station and/or Delivery Service Partner ExperienceRelevant experience with fleet management, including service, maintenance, and repair
