Our client is dedicated to shaping sustainable cities, enhancing resilient infrastructures, and driving technological advancements across diverse industries. We are seeking aSenior Project Cost Controllerwho will be instrumental inbudget management, cost estimation, and financial oversight.

This role requires close collaboration withprocurement, subcontracting, and construction teamsto ensurecost efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial accuracyat every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and structure theProject Cost WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)and allocate budgets accordingly.

Set up and regularly update theMonthly Cost Report, including commitments, actuals, ETC (Estimate to Complete), and allowances.

Conductcost variance analysis, tracking deviations from the current budget and previous periods.

PerformCost Risk Analysisand manage project contingencies.

Overseechange management processes, ensuring internal services and subcontractor activities are accurately recorded and approved.

Provide tools and reports for effectivecost control and financial planning.

Collaborate withProcurement, Subcontracting, and Construction Site Teamsto align cost strategies.

Leadon-site meetingswith construction teams, subcontractors, and clients. Requirements Engineering degreeor equivalent.

7+ years of experiencein cost control roles withinconstruction, pharmaceutical, chemical, or oil & gas projects.

Proficiency inEnglish and Italian(both written and spoken).

Willingness totraveland work on-site as required.

Strongorganizational, analytical, and communication skills.
