**Your Impact**:

The role of **Project Manager** is a key Leadership role, being responsible for:

- Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health procedures

- Defining, maintaining and monitoring project specific procedures and quality assurance plans

- Providing project reporting and forecasting against the project programs to the client and in house

- Reviewing and implementing project delivery strategies that meet company objectives, and recommending revisions to achieve project expectations

- Establishing and managing the budget for project delivery

- Responding to customer feedback

- Being proactively involved in developing project delivery strategies

- Responsible to deliver project in quality, in time and in budget

- Problem solving attitude

**Here's What You'll Need**:

- Successfully manage hyperscale or colocation Data Center design projects in Europe with main international Clients

- Experience in managing multi-office projects

- Leadership, commitment and strong technical background

- Ability to plan, control and monitor design, procurement, construction and commissioning

- Excellent written, communication and organizational skills and excellent oral, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Excellent problem solving and team working skills including being able to rapidly engage with a team

Training & Experience:

- Minimum of a Degree (or equivalent) and proven track record in project delivery role within Project Management

- Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management in engineering firms

- Specific experience in Data Center projects delivery in Europe, greenfield and/or brownfield, of a size above 20MW in the last 5 years

Other requirements:

- Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken, is a must.

Italian language extremely fluent/mother tongue

- Availability to frequent travels or short term assignments abroad is required by the position

- People management

- Strong communication skills

- High level of Safety Awareness
