Sr. Sales Manager
Stellenübersicht:
Senior Sales Manager will be in charge of sales and account management within Reinforcement Materials segment in EMEA.
The incumbent will work closely with multifunctional team including marketing, technical service, operations and other members of the regional and global organization.
The Senior Sales Manager will be supporting the execution of the regional marketing strategy and introduction of new products.
Reinforcement Materials business is global leader in reinforcing agents for high performance tires and specialized industrial rubber products.
Our portfolio includes carbon black products specifically designed for tires as well as automotive and non-automotive industrial rubber products.
The location of this role can be, but not limited to: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland.
Stelleninhalte:
- Manages accounts within EMEA territory and performs all aspects of key account management
- Create and own the Customer Value Proposition.
Obtains information regarding customers' present and anticipated needs.
- Drives both current and future value for Cabot via key account planning by alignment with multifunctional team on account plan and strategy.
- Effectively communicates and negotiates complex sales contracts with customers.
Manage confidentiality, and joint development agreements.
- Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits.
Develops and maintains business relationships often involving high levels of management.
- Active opportunity pipeline management and follow-up: Develop new prospects, identifies, and assess market opportunities for his/her territory to optimize profitability and/or pursuit new business.
- Analyze and prioritize accounts in relation to potential value in the portfolio optimization process.
- Provides leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
- Acts as a leader in Commercial Excellence.
- Monitor your customers payment behavior (on high level).
- Interact with Technical Service Management to provide technical services support to customer as needed.
- Interact with Supply chain organization as for forecasting and supply prioritization.
- interact with other disciplines such as RD&I, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Care, etc.
Anforderungen:

- Education/Experience.
Bachelor's degree, MBA desirable; 7+ years chemical industry sales experience.
- Tools.
Have experience of working in CRM tools.
Knowledge of ERP tools would be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Other languages such as German, French and Spanish would be plus
