Sr. Specialist Digital Marketing Companion Animals
Job Description**:
We are now recruiting a dynamic, passionate and driven Sr. Digital Specialist that will be critical to implement both B2B and B2C digital strategies of our Companion Animals Business Unit. The Sr. Digital Specialist will play a key role in our Company organization to support the success of the entire Companion Animals Portfolio, in collaboration with the Product Managers of the Team, Sales colleagues and the Customer Engagement Dept.
**Responsibilities
- Develop Digital strategy and roadmap for the Animal Health Italy Companion Animals in accordance with the business vision and Global strategies.
- Manage budget and long-term planning of digital initiatives / programs
- Actively contribute to Product delivery teams providing market-specific business acumen and largely responsible to support Product Managers (and Product Owners) to plan product releases
- Responsible for local / site (Content Management tools and WordPress VIP certified is a plus)
- Assure compliance, regulatory, GDPR and privacy requirements all over the process
- Make sure campaigns are set up in a timely manner and optimized to ensure the success agreed KPIs, and implement optimizations to improve ROI/ROAS from digital media investments
- Troubleshoot campaign issues using debugging tools and working with all the relevant stakeholders
- Implementing cross-platform digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, customer engagement and global team that deliver new contacts, marketing qualified leads and opportunities with marketing return of investment integrated within the marketing tactics.
- Leveraging data insights to drive informed decisions for digital marketing campaigns (Collaborate with the Marketing Data Analyst).
- Developing and managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conducting research on latest market trends and keywords to shape new campaigns and evaluating existing campaigns for both organic (SEO) and paid search (PPC).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid search trends, technologies, and industry changes
**Experiences
- 3-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing
- Strategic as well as pragmatic, with an ability to generate trust and build alliances across business, digital towers, functional streams and within own organization
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and similar
- Experience in utilizing Marketing Automation platforms and Sales Force suites.
- Digital marketing experience in B2C environment with strong commercial and technical acumen and proven strategic ability.
- Experience of campaign leadership - end-to-end campaign development in multi-channel/omni-channel environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM and how these practices drive revenue.
- Understanding of digital trends and their potential impact on current and future marketing plans.
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn quickly and gain proficiency with sales & marketing software platforms
