- iaise with department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs W
- ork with hiring managers to understand and define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions and proposal efforts.

- xecute the strategy for the company's recruitment/talent acquisition systems aligning it with the company's overall goals.

- eep abreast with current recruitment trends and translates them into the company's recruitment strategy.

- onitor and evaluate key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve recruiting process issues.

- ork closely with the operations, and business development teams on new business related proposals B
- uild recruitment reports, analyse and make suggestions for process improvement.

- nalyze the recruiting and talent requirements of locations, teams and functions.
R
- eview and selects suitable job advertising options.
U
- se innovative sourcing methods to build a talent pool across all sectors B
- uild high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers.
T
- rain new members of the recruitment team to have the necessary knowledge and skills about the company's processes and systems.
M
- anage and evaluate the performance of the Europe recruitment team, by setting up clear goals and benchmarks for their performance, career progression and goals.

- erforms other responsibilities as required

- 2-15 years of Recruitment experience.
Preference will be for Industry knowledge in the PMCM industry.

degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- passionate and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment.

- elf-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

- track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.

- trong knowledge of multiple job boards, social media, other sourcing platforms, ATS and CRM.

- roven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

- ust be proficient in Microsoft Office.
