Sr Vertical Account Manager
We are currently seeking an Sr Vertical Account Manager to join our Safety Productivity Solutions business team in our office in Milan or in a hybrid location.
As a Sr Vertical Account Manager , your main objective will be the development of business, and management of relationships, with specific customers and prospects of the Manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities Develops and sustains long-term customer relationships; Establishes these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization.
Understanding of the customer's business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive real business outcomes.
Early engagement in the customers' and prospect's buying process, diagnosing customers' and prospects' needs and tailoring solutions to match.
Manages the day-to-day and strategic account planning, quarterly results, and long-term account goals.
Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions.
Manages and builds customer contacts, serving as the customer's ambassador, "trusted advisor" and advocate, Focal point for relationship strategies, account, and sales plans.
Control/build project pipeline and with daily cadence keep it up to date.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or Electronics preferred or equivalent experience level.
Languages: Italian C1-C2, English B1-B2 Requirements A software, service, and/or hardware solution selling background for the Manufacturing or Transports and Logistics sector.
Skilled in solution sales with a focus on logistic solutions for the manufacturing and warehousing market, and in building and maintaining relations with customers (from technical to decision-making levels) Experience in complex sales, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling, and opportunity planning.
Skills: Capable of working in a highly matrixed organization with a focus on fulfillment through partners.
Able to use market and marketing data to build successful account plans.
Microsoft Office Package Knowledge.
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
