- At least 5 years experience in wholesale/e-com business in the luxury fashion business and deep knowledge of key clients/ Dept Stores in EMEA;
- Merchandising and sales experience developed in show room activity with direct sale to wholesale/e-commerce channel during market ;
- Budgeting and preparation of sales material, projection and prebuy skills in order to secure to clients advanced deliveries;
- Evaluation and development of business opportunities in the designated Area with market visits to generate business growth / negotiation skills;
- Management of customers for all business aspects in order to reach the monthly /quarter/ yearly shipments plans (show room orders, re-orders in season);
- Liaise with Marketing Team in North America to improve business performance through different actions: coop marketing support, pop-ups, events in stores and other promotional activities;
- Liaise with Finance and Customer Service Departments to solve payment issues and to finalize shipments within the proper timing;
- Sales analysis, monitoring sell through in season, merchandise swaps ;
- Product feedback and line planning to Merchandising to catch business opportunities and give inputs regarding Fashion Trends in the EMEA market;
- Product training in store or virtually to create brand awareness and improve performance;
- Develop business opportunities in off-price channel.
Additional personal skills:
- Foreign languages: English fluent and if possible a second language (German, Spanish or French good level)
- Organization and analytic skills knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)
- Teamwork, flexibility, creativity, relationship skills with partners, consumer-centric attitude, problem solving and positive mindset
