In 1995 the Comun Nuovo (BG) brewery was acquired, today the largest in Italy with 2. 7 million hectoliters of beer produced every year.
With the acquisition of Birra Moretti in 1996, HEINEKEN Italia reaches its current size.
First brewer in Italy with 33. 3% market share (source: Annual Report 2020 AssoBirra), HEINEKEN Italia employs over 2, 000 employees and produces over 6 million hectoliters of beer every year in the 4 breweries present on the national territory: Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) and Assemini (CA)
**THE POSITION AND THE TEAM
As the SSH Maintenance Planner, you will be Responsible long-term planning of Maintenance activities and Maintenance overhaul planning so that they are prepared to ensure efficient and cost effective execution on brewery level.
Coordinates with brewery Maintenance planners.
Will act as an intermediary Maintenance network coordinator ensuring flawless adoption of specific Maintenance processes and subfunctions related to planning such as spare parts mgmt. , contracting, HACS - RCM or lubrication f. i.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO
SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY:
- Review above brewery long and mid-term Maintenance planning based on the HACS including planning and preperation of the Maintenance overhauls ensuring security of overhaul parts and services supply.
- Support if needed short-term brewery level planning and scheduling of planned and preventive Maintenance.
QUALITY OF PROCESS & PRODUCT:
- Ensure all Maintenance activities to comply with quality requirements.
TPM & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Coordinate long and mid-term and Overhaul Maintenance plans and reviews with brewery planners frequently the short-term Maintenance planned work to improve LT- and MT Maintenance plans.
- Support budgeting of brewery Maintenance plans by having a long-term cost view balancing out R&M Opex vs. replacement Capex needs efficiently.
WORK PROCESSES:
- For long
- and mid-term Maintenance work: review actual plan and backlog vs. forecast
- For overhauls: collect brewery inputs and review EAM system output for overhaul, plan and prepare in close collaboration with all stakeholders (brewery teams and parts and services suppliers) to balance and level workload (capacity and capability).
MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION AND REPORTING:
- Supporting breweries to ensure proper data registration and handling during Maintenance overhaul, work intake, planning & scheduling.
- Responsible for balancing out repair vs. replace based on reliability and cost analyses to ensure effective and efficient brewery pps, (planning, prep.
& scheduling)
- Collecting benchmark data to coach and support breweries on sustaining Maintenance standards.
NETWORK COORDINATION:
- Specific Maintenance network coordination: connecting and collaborating with brewery Maintenance teams, SSH Reliability Engineers and Global sustaining several functional processes f. i.
safety, contracting and contractor mgmt.
HACS deployment, lubrication, 3D printing, etc.
HUB BREWERY INTERACTION
- Closely coordinate with brewery short-term and Overhaul Maintenance planner responsible for ST for review and rescheduling of LT- overhaul and MT plan.
Collaboration with SSH Reliability Engineer on HACS (development, review and update).
**WHO YOU ARE
- Technical background on mid-level to bachelor level through either education or experience.
- Minimal 5 years of planning and scheduling experience preferably in a FMCG environment
- Level 3 of the Maintenance & Engineering Functional Competencies
- You are a pragmatic person with a solid attitude to discipline
- You are a good active listener
- You have an open mind to accepting views and ideas different from your own
