Active for 32 years, today it operates in 13 regions with 42 warehouses, employs about 1, 000 people and has over 43, 000 customers, to whom it offers a wide portfolio of quality products (over 9, 000 references in the beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and food), as well as logístical efficiency, personalized services, training, targeted consultancy and innovative digital tools to support out-of-home professionals to strengthen and develop their business.

In 1995 the Comun Nuovo (BG) brewery was acquired, today the largest in Italy with 2. 7 million hectoliters of beer produced every year.

With the acquisition of Birra Moretti in 1996, HEINEKEN Italia reaches its current size.

First brewer in Italy with 33. 3% market share (source: Annual Report 2020 AssoBirra), HEINEKEN Italia employs over 2, 000 employees and produces over 6 million hectoliters of beer every year in the 4 breweries present on the national territory: Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) and Assemini (CA)

**THE POSITION AND THE TEAM

As the Shared Support Hub Spare Parts Manager, you will standardize and improve Spare Parts management (SPM) within the European Cluster.

This will be achieved through sharing SPM good practices and standards.

You will lead the improvement program and take satisfaction from securing positive results within the Cluster.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Spare parts availability (right time, quality, and quantity) to support equipment reliability and uptime - working with CAPEX and brewery teams to develop RFQs to standardize supplier component lists and ensure stock levels and reorder points are correct for new and existing assets.

- Maximize Heineken leverage to reduce costs of spare parts and materials.

- Reduce financial impact to Heineken from holding unnecessary inventory.

**WHO YOU ARE

- English language proficiency: intermediate / advanced, second language preferred

- Minimum 5 years in maintenance or operations.

- More than 2 years' experience of spare parts management.

- Experience of working TPM methods

- Able to motivate, lead a team and manage stakeholders

- Solid Procurement insights or experience

- Finance and analytical capabilities

- Advanced knowledge and experience in supply and inventory management work processes.

- Advanced user of stock management systems (CMMS/EAM) and digital insights
