Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a client in Florence, SC. This individual will fill a key role within the accounting group working closely with the Corporate Controller. The position will support various aspects of finance and accounting for the company. The position requires solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical skills. Benefits: Great Monday - Friday Schedule Medical, Vision, Dental and other benefits 401k with company match Vacation time Duties & Responsibilities: Balance Sheet Reconciliations Fixed Asset Maintenance Maintain daily cash activity worksheet Assist with the accounts receivable and payable process as needed. Reconcile Inventory and WIP GL accounts to subsidiary ledgers Review monthly shipments and close jobs accordingly Manage company credit cards Assist in the month end and year end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP. Assist in annual corporate audit. Support the ongoing improvement and development of the ERP system so that data integrity and reporting capability is continuously being enhanced. Work as a team to standardize practices and procedures, eliminating repetitive and non-value add work. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting 1-to-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with Intercompany transactions is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively. Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamwork Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting Software Ability to create advanced Excel spreadsheets PowerBI, Crystal, and/or other report generation tools experience a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
