RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extra-curricular internships;

- Keeping detailed employee records (personal files, sickness benefits, records of working time);

- Drawing up employment contracts, civil law contracts, cooperation contracts as well as annexes and termination notices;

- Cooperation with the accounting office in the field of payroll settlement;

- Recording and settlement of employee leaves;

- Providing support to managers in personnel matters in the field of labor law;

- Providing support in relocations of AsstrA employees to Bergamo office.

REQUEREMENTS:

- High level of written and spoken English and Italian;

- Experience and in-depth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities;

- Ability to work both individually and in a team;

- Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information.
