STAFF COST ANALYST**:

- DHL Express Italy, _the world's leading express and logistics company, part of the Deutsche Post DHL Group, is looking for a **Staff Cost Analyst** who, as part of the _Controlling team_, will be responsible for the activities of accounting, analysis, planning and control of personnel costs.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Monthly closing of personnel costs and accounting according to IFRS and national accounting principles

- Allocation by cost centre and function in accordance with the group manual

- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting

- Monthly reporting and analysis of deviations

- Controller analysis support

- Reporting

**YOUR REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Experience in Finance, Accounting or HR personnel administration

- Good knowledge of ERP (ORACLE/SAP) will be an advantage

- Good level of knowledge of the English language

- Good knowledge of the office package
