**Salary**: €20. 00 - €25. 00 per hour

**Contract**: Permanent, 84 hours/fortnight

**Shifts**: Week 1 - 3x12-hour shifts | Week 2 - 4x12-hour shifts

**Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in line with best practices

Promote **person-centered planning** and independence for service users

Facilitate **community participation** and social inclusion

Monitor and support the health and well-being of residents

Administer medication and oversee clinical procedures

Supervise and support a team of care staff

**Qualifications & Skills Required

**Level 7 Qualification in Nursing

**Registered with An Bord Altranais (INMB)** or eligible for registration

Experience in **residential, respite, or day service settings

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of **quality assurance, clinical procedures, and person-centered planning
