**Role and Impact**:

As a Staff Product Manager for Insurance Products, you'll be at the forefront of the next big phase of Prima's growth. You will be one of the most visible members of Prima's product team. You will work across the organisation, supporting the local business teams in defining needs for new insurance products and the evolution of existing ones, while working with the global product and engineering teams to define and deliver the end to end functionality needed to make them a reality.

Most initiatives will have a notable data component, so having a deep data understanding is key.

You will be responsible for:

Leading analysis, discovery, project planning, and execution of product technology initiatives that drive value for our clients and internal teams.

Driving collaboration with Engineering and other cross-functional teams (e. g. , Product Design, UX Research, Marketing) to ship elegant products on time.

Fostering stakeholder relationships in which you effectively communicate the product vision, capture feedback, and ensure alignment.

Balancing new product impact and implementation effort as a way to prioritize team investment and address difficult team decisions.

Developing long-term views, working closely with the Product Lead and team to ensure we're set up for future success and impact.

Contributing to both the team and company culture, making the domain and Prima an even better place to work!

**Requirements**:

- Product management: 5+ years of Product Management experience, focused on software technology / web-based products and platforms.

- Project management: plan, initiate, and manage complex projects, incorporating data, research, and market analysis to inform the approach.

- Analytical prowess: Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical skills are essential. At Prima, taking a data-backed approach is a core value.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, and execute on the project.

- Communication / influence: Great verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to all audiences at all levels.

- Language: exceptional command of the English language. Italian and Spanish are a definite plus.

- Navigating ambiguity / complexity: if there is a complex business problem, you are able to simplify it with a lean approach.

- Curiosity: We value curiosity, proactivity, and pragmatism. You'll be encouraged to pursue common goals in original and innovative ways, shaping the future with your ideas.

- Industry expertise: Insurance experience is a plus but more importantly, you have the desire to grow your knowledge!
