In NTT the Staff-Solutions Specialist is responsible for high-level relationship management and acts as client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solutions.
He/She works closely with Sales, Procurement, Third parties and delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business.
He/She is a key role to guarantee a client satisfaction level establishing a correct staffing-solutions matching and he/she collaborates with Sales in identifying further business opportunities.

**The main Staff
- Solutions Specialist's responsibilities will be**:
- ** Support Sales in qualification and development of opportunities within the Contractor staffing solutions portfolio and ensure commercial profitability and delivery excellence on these accounts.
**:
- ** Identify client requirements on Staffing opportunities, establishing a matching resource solution, and determining a suitable commercial model (with Sales).
**:
- ** Perform Sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, ongoing extensions and "contractor care".
**:
- ** Closely work with Sales, GTM Pre-Sales in Staffing opportunity qualification, solution creation, offer finalization and closure.
**:
- ** Make sure that before the engagement start, NTT is compliant in terms of Legal and H&S documentation.
**:
- ** Manage the on-going engagement and review client satisfaction during the course of the service.
**:
- ** Close the engagement; ensuring that client experience feedback is captured, and any associated action taken if required as a result of the feedback.
**:
- ** Identify appropriate contacts and target businesses/organizations (third parties)**:
- ** Work cross-functionally with legal and finance to structure, negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
**:
- ** Ensure commitment from partners for pipeline generation and revenue goals.
**:
- ** Hold quarterly business roadmap sessions with partners, aligning on strategies for mutual growth.
**:
- ** Work closely and collaboratively with the partner enablement team and others to ensure delivery of clear and coordinated enablement across the partner lifecycle.
**:
- ** Gather account sales intelligence from the services we deploy working in client environments and propose up sell opportunities to Sales.
**:
- ** Ensure that the strategic fulfilment of these contingent / contract opportunities are reviewed for both onshore and offshore delivery capabilities.

**To be successful in this role you have**:
- ** Previous experience working in Contingent / Contractor engagement or resource Management;**:
- ** Ability in identifying client's needs and find an effective solution;**:
- ** Experience in scouting and consolidate partners (third parties) to fulfil the upcoming business opportunities;**:
- ** Proven experience leveraging third parties contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue;**:
- ** Good interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills;**:
- ** Able to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams;**:
- ** Good relationship building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;**:
- ** Ability in working in multinational and fast-paced environment;**:
- ** Clients and people focus;**:
- ** Business development experience, preferably in IT services environment;**:
- ** Good English knowledge ( written, spoken);**:
- ** Relevant Bachelor's degree (e. g.
Business, Commerce) or equivalent.
