**Position Summary

- She/He will support the team in optimizing After sales KPIs for machine maintenance and repair for B2C B2B.

**A day in the life of. . . **:

- Ensure consistent, high service levels towards right Repair Performances and service level by monitoring and taking required action on cases

- Analyse Report and Performances of Nespresso After Sales Center;

- Automatize analysis on Machines Performances and Costs management;

- Support in developing changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures within Operation functions, collaborating in project for lean process reengineering with Customer Relationship involvement

- Collaborate in the optimization of Operational KPIs;

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic After Sales and Technical Services;

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;

- Good communication skills;

- Positive forward-looking mindset and team spirit;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (macro), PowerPoint, Power BI;

- Fluent in English
