Stage - Back Office Field Service
GROHE's 'Student Program' was established in 2017 to invest in talented young individuals to create the new GROHE generation.
This is not just an internship but a comprehensive program where the Student will have the opportunity to understand the dynamics of a multinational company, receive all-around training, and interact with other Students from different countries.
We are looking for a junior figure to join the After Sales department to support the Team in the following activities:
Management and Monitoring of intervention reporting and orders from GROHE service centers located throughout Italy. The candidate will verify the accuracy of the reporting sent by Grohe service centers and the subsequent upload into the company's system (SAP). SalesForce Training Management. The candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining data related to product training courses conducted by the department within the company's CRM (SF). We require a good command of the English language, proficiency in computer systems (especially the Office package), excellent interpersonal skills, precision, and a willingness to work in a team.
We offer a one-year internship contract - 40 hours per week - with a monthly reimbursement and electronic tickets.
