The resource will be part of Corporate & Internal Communication team, supporting for the following activities:

Collating daily press reviews and managing reporting on coverage

Conduct relevant market research, collect and analyze data

Assist with specific project/competitor press monitoring and clipping coverage

Responsible for preparing internal press recaps

Working on Communication activity reports, supporting in the preparation of weekly internal community newsletters / PR

Supporting team on seasonal projects

Responsible for updating media lists

Maintain updated global activity calendars and schedules

Carry out press and competitors reviews in the field of sustainability, leadership round ups, I&D, educational (creative ideas, new communication formats, best practices etc.

)

Support and monitoring of processes in the production of assets (quotes, press releases, briefs etc.

)

Profilo

Ability to think proactively, creatively and resourcefully

Passionate about marketing and communications, capable of suggesting new ideas to implement

Native or fluency in English

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

Autonomous and detail oriented

Positive attitude

Excellent executional, analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong knowledge of Miscrosoft Office, advanced in Excel and PowerPoint

High sense of urgency, timeliness and follow through

Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
