BMS Italia is launching several products in the following months and at the same time we will need to manage the late life cycle of in line product.

We would like to give the opportunity to a young talent to learn all Sales Operations Excellence activities in both situations.

The activities includes:

- Launch excellence

- Segmentation, Profiling and Targeting of our Customer

- Brand Planning

- Go to Market Models including new Field Capabilities

- Incentive and Compensation Planning and Analysis

- Territory Management

Job Responsibilities:

- Excellent Analytical capabilities

- Ability to work in teams and in a complex matrix organization

- Organizational and management skills, problem-solving, risk analysis

- External relationships capabilities

Qualifications:

- Degree in ENGINEERING or ECONOMICS or equivalent

- Fluent in English

- Strong Office IT skills, confident/advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint as proficient user)

- Analytical with outstanding attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize

- Self-starter and fast learner, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
