Stage (Customer Care & Back Office Support)
FlexAuto is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Customer Care & Back Office Support to join our team in our offices at Rome, Italy.

Position Summary Handle requests and communications related to operational and administrative matters, focusing on efficient management and reducing potential risks.
Provide support to various departments and ensure smooth workflows, including the preparation and archiving of documentation.
Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update a file of customer-related issues and disputes.
Manage incoming communications (e. g. , via PEC) and ensure timely, appropriate responses.
Prepare and process authorization and operational documents.
Collect, organize, and manage document archives in line with company standards.
Collaborate with the Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implement operating procedures in accordance with project standards, addressing deviations or critical issues with the Manager when necessary.
Report critical customer cases or operational roadblocks to the Manager.
Requirements Previous experience in back-office roles or claims management.
Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
Knowledge of management systems and main software tools in use (e. g. , Hubspot, Oracle).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and results.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
