A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

In coaching with the tutor, you will:

- Evaluation of returned products using right tool to classify them and interacting with other departments.

- Distribution of gift card after estimate of returned goods.

- Electronic Invoices for Business clients and creation of private and foreign client records.

- Trolley preparation and delivery goods to customer or home delivery and assembly.

- Listen and identify actively customer's needs.

- Guarantee the accuracy and the integrity of the stock.

Meticulously follow the policies and routines of change and returned products.

- Be update with the new IKEA products, the special offer in store and online, be aware of all action plans used in our relation with clients.

- Collaborate with your responsible on customer financing managing.

- Collaborate with other departments proactively to achieve the full customer satisfaction.

ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

- The position will be in store of Roncadelle ( Brescia)

- 6 months (3+3) full time internship

- Challenging and structuring environment

- Paid internship: 600 euro + free canteen
