CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation_ Internship ProjectSafilo is looking for a CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Intern to be included in the Digital Transformation & Customer Experience department.

S/he will support CRM Campaign & Marketing Automation Team in the definition of the marketing strategy to manage campaigns targeted the B2B customer base. Moreover S/he will manage data using the best digital tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key responsibilities:S/he will be involved in the following tasks of the CRM Campaign management process: Define objectives of marketing activities and assess their feasibility Support the quarterly planning of digital marketing activitiesDefine the customer base segmentation criteria and execute the targeting activities in Salesforce Marketing CloudChoice of the most appropriate communication medium Provide communication brief to external providers Daily monitoring of planned activitiesMonitoring and check of reached results (redemption/ conversion)Prepare final analysis of marketing activities to verify the fulfillment of customer expectations and to plan further activities Verify goals' achievement and reportingIdentify critical points in the operating process DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : Strong analytical skills, dynamic and strong knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;Ability to work in a structured company environment, flexibility, problem-solving attitude;Proactivity, curiosity and enthusiasm;Experience with Salesforce is a plus
