Stage Hr Administration - Benevento
Responding directly to the Factory HRBP and supporting her, he/she will work to ensure that managers and employees are supported with high quality information, advice, processes and service to ensure seamless employee life cycle administration (or other HR administrative processes).
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of employee life cycle (internal rules and legal rules)
- Management of data entry for time management of employees
- Management of HR internal communication
- Creation of reports with related kpi
- Compliance in HR (policies and practices)
- Recruitment junior profiles
- Health and wellness campaigns
- Update of contract, letters and attestation templates
- Support to the employee training
**Skills and Qualifications Required**:
- Degree in Law, Economics, Humanities
- Microsoft Office management at a good level (mainly Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
- Analytical and problem-solving skill
- Must have an investigative profile with deeper attention to detail.
- Work under pressure and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks simultaneously so to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language.

- Ability to multitask.
