As an intern at Prysmian Group you will support the Group HR Workforce Planning & People Analytics team to deliver planning, reporting and controlling activities.
You will work strictly connected with the HR and Finance Corporate Functions.
The Role: Work with the team to prepare monthly HR Presentations, HR Dashboard at group level and HR KPIs analysis (attrition, gender, etc.
); Support with monthly analysis of actual /ACT) vs Budget discrepancies (FTE/HC), consolidating and then delivering proper reporting for global HC needs; Support for consolidating the regional LC/HC budget and forecast and the related reporting; Support for elaborating and monitoring the HR ESG KPIs; Support the team for elaborating relevant data in order to prepare the Annual Sustainability Report and update the Group SW (Esgeo).
