Who you are
- Strong analytical approach and ability in numerical data analysis.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels within the store.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to relate with different stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to manage and analyze data by generating reports.
- Analytical and data-driven approach combined to a strong problem-solving ability.
- The aptitude to renew, improve, and embrace the change exploiting new business and growth opportunities.
- Proactivity: you'd easily take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Italian and English.
What you'll be doing day to day
- Implement people planning strategy at the Unit level, following the IKEA's Global guidelines.
- Implement the Unit's people planning process: from forecasting to the execution of the schedule.
You will ensure that scheduled hours will include planned absences and liaising on the development of final schedules with department managers.
- Identify possible improvements in the people planning process in terms of Staff costs.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure the cover of the correct amount of worked hours in the Store, by ensuring right contract type and preconditions to fill the vacancies.
