Team Overview and Job responsibilitiesThe intern will be a member of our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Corporate Team, based in Milan, and will mainly focus on HSE local needs and activities related to Italian sites of HQ (Milan), HQ R&D and R&D Quattordio (Alessandria).

The resource will be involved in:Audit, control and data reporting activities for central functions;Coordination activities with sites;Drafting of procedures and operational istructions;Implementation and development of new HSE software tool in regards to training plan and requirements per job description; medical appointment schedule; list of machines, equipment, vehicles, and tools; MSDS database (Material Safety Data Sheets database)The job will also entail full support to the HSE Corporate Manager / RSPP in the dutiful application of italian safety and evironmental legislation; these activities will be:Training scheduling and monitoringMedical fit test schedulingWaste management reporting and analysisPreparation of visual materials (e. g. , PowerPoint presentations) to accompany the monthly periodic meetings with executive functions. The resource we are looking for is a proactive and motivated person, willing to spread the culture of safety within Prysmian.

Master's degree in safety engineering, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar fields is preferred; Other degrees are evaluated and considered based on the candidate's profile. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards;Knowledge of safety legislation (e. g.

Legislative Decree 81/2008);Familiarity with Risk Assessment;Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus;Solid knowledge of Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Power PointYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
